Orders must be placed 10 days in advance. If not, please contact Catering Team.
All changes, additions or cancellations must be made 10 business days in advance to avoid charges.
All external orders (non Collin College paid events) must be paid in full the day of the event. A deposit of 50% may be required on large events.
All internal Collin College(College paid events) orders must have approval, cost center and spend category on orders to be executed.
Orders for Tablecloths must be submitted 14 days in advance to ensure linens are available.
After 5pm and on Weekends, all orders will incur an After Hour Charge. This is based on the number of people needed to prep and deliver your order.
China Service is an extra fee and requires extra labor charges.

**Linens are only available to rent if we already have a food & beverage order for your group.
