Order Notice and Discount Eligibility

Notice of 10 business days is appreciated; however, we will do our best to accommodate all late orders that are received. Orders accepted with short notice may not be eligible for the 20% internal discount.

Final guarantees and event changes should be confirmed 10 business days prior to your event.

We offer different levels of catering service, please review the service types and choose which fits your event’s needs:

Conference Center Rental and Catering

Includes full-service catering with chaffing dishes. Plates, napkins, and cutlery will be disposable unless arrangements are made to upgrade to China for an additional charge. Additional charges for service staff may apply.

Full-Service Catering Outside of Conference Centers

Includes full-service catering with chaffing dishes. Plates, napkins, and cutlery will be disposable. A $35 delivery fee will apply as well as additional charges of $40 an hour for service staff.

Disposable Drop Off Service

Does not include service staff, chaffing dishes, or beverage dispensers. All components are disposable and include plates, napkins, and cutlery. A $35 delivery fee will apply.

After-Hours Service

Events that will begin or end after 5pm are subject to charges for service staff of $40 per hour per attendant.

Extended Service Time

If your event unexpectedly extends beyond the scheduled timeframe, a service fee of $20 per server, per half hour is required.

External Orders Payment Policy

All external orders (not using a Collin College cost code) must be paid in full the day of the event. A deposit of 50% is required 10 business days prior to the event.

Health Standards

Per state and local health standards, catering is designed to be consumed on site. We cannot offer take-out containers or to-go boxes.
